The training programme is designed to support the improvement of competencies of employers, employees, and relevant professionals in enterprises, in the prevention and reporting of cases of sexual harassment in the workplaces.

TRAINING
- Are employees aware of their potential and concrete contribution in shaping the working environment according to their needs and wellbeing rights?
- How to feel empowered and motivated in contributing to a safe and healthy work environment?
The training on sexual harassment of Set The Tone project aims to empower employers and employees, as key players in making the working environments free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation and giving support for anyone affected by sexual harassment in the workplace.
The training programme is structured into two main blocks:
- FUNDAMENTALS (Online Training)
4 hours of online training for all target groups.
It contains modules on general knowledge of sexual harassment; norms, concepts, and practice of harassment at the workplace; analysis of language, prejudices, stereotypes biases, and norms that encourage or condone sexual harassment. This block of the training is delivered online through the e-learning platform, a multilingual learning environment.
- SPECIFICS (in-person training)
8 hours of in-presence training based on the target group’s needs and specificities, respectively of employees and employers/OHS managers. This block will be delivered in Italy, Poland, Spain, and Slovenia either in one 8-hour session or in two 4-hour sessions.
